CHALLENGE:
In America, the refugee crisis was being ignored. Doctors of the World, a human-rights
organization, was on the ground helping refugees at the Syrian border. They wanted
to make a bold statement about the refugee crisis – and America’s seeming lack of concern.
IDEA:
Just because you don’t see the refugee crisis, doesn’t mean it isn’t happening.
To highlight this, we put our message in a place that’s normally ignored. 
A powerful image of refugees is hidden behind a billboard.
The headline: Out of sight. Out of Mind.
A message made only more compelling, by its placement.
